What is the mat made of? Is it durable in a marine environment?
Dock and yacht mats feature full-color, UV-stable HD printing bonded to industrial-grade, ribbed nitrile rubber — engineered for superior grip, durability, and resilience in harsh marine environments. All raw materials are 100% sourced and manufactured in the United States.
Can I upload my vessel's logo or just use the boat name?
Yes, either. You can upload your logo, provide a custom font, or simply share your vessel's name — our design team handles proper scaling, layout, and material execution so the finished mat reflects your vessel.
What colors are available?
BoatMat's HD DigiPrint™ process offers over 140 colors for unmatched personalization, in addition to popular standard backgrounds (Navy, Light Gray, Charcoal Gray, Black, Tan). You can also request a fully custom color match.
Can I get a custom size for my yacht?
Yes — custom is BoatMat's standard. Mats are produced to any size or specification from measurements, templates, or fully custom layouts. For yachts and complex spaces, limited on-site templating is available in Fort Lauderdale for a flawless fit around curves, arches, and unique entry points.
How long does production take?
Select pieces can be completed in as little as 4–5 business days. Larger or more intricate projects, especially during peak season, may extend to 5–6 weeks. Each mat is built to order and placed into BoatMat's production queue, so we recommend requesting your quote early.
Can I see a proof before I order?
As part of BoatMat Corporation's long-standing company policy, artwork proofs or mock-ups are not provided before an order is placed. Once your order is placed, a professional artwork proof is included at no additional charge — our design team creates it from your selections, and you may request changes to colors, layout, logo placement, or lettering. Nothing goes into production until you approve your proof.
