BoatMat Corporation handcrafts three product lines: Hi-Definition custom printed dock mats with full-color artwork bonded to industrial ribbed nitrile rubber backing, custom embroidered marine carpet deck mats with Corinthian Textile marine-grade backing, and custom embroidered Sunbrella® boarding mats with sandbag pockets and ScootGuard™ non-skid underlay. All products are personalized with your vessel name, logo, and choice of colors. Every mat is handcrafted at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters since 1995.
Our production schedule is limited — and often in high demand.
Select pieces can be completed in as little as 4–5 business days, while larger or more intricate projects, especially during peak seasons, may extend to 5–6 weeks. Each mat is built to order and placed into our custom production queue.
We recommend securing your order early to ensure priority placement, as production availability can fill quickly.
These are not off-the-shelf products — they are tailored pieces designed to complement the very finest vessels in the world.
When it’s right, it’s unmistakable.

Absolutely.
We specialize in translating your vessel’s identity into a finished piece. You can upload your logo, provide a custom font, or simply share your vessel’s name — our team will handle the rest.
Our design process ensures proper scaling, layout, and material execution so the final product reflects the level of detail and refinement your vessel deserves. If needed, we can also assist in recreating or refining artwork to achieve the best possible result.
Every detail is considered — because precision is what defines the finished piece.

Our materials are selected for performance, longevity, and finish — without compromise.
Dock and boat mats feature full-color, UV-stable HD printing bonded to industrial-grade, ribbed nitrile rubber — engineered for superior grip, durability, and resilience in harsh marine environments.
Boarding mats are crafted using premium Sunbrella® marine-grade fabric, precision embroidered with your vessel’s branding, and finished with our proprietary ScootGuard™ non-skid underlay for stability underfoot.
All raw materials are 100% sourced and manufactured in the United States — nothing offshore, nothing imported. Our mills are based in Dalton, Georgia, ScootGuard™ is produced in Tennessee, and our Sunbrella® fabric is supplied directly from Glen Raven Mills in North Carolina.
Every component is chosen, sourced, and built to perform — and to present — at the highest level.

No — BoatMat Corporation’s products are available exclusively direct and are not offered through retailers, distributors, or online marketplaces.
At one time, our products were distributed through over 750 retailers worldwide and featured in more than 14 million catalog mailings annually. Through that experience, we refined our approach and embraced a simple philosophy — less is more.
Today, we work directly with our clients to maintain absolute control over quality, design, and execution. This ensures every piece is delivered exactly as intended, without compromise.
We do not follow a “good, better, best” model. Every product we create represents our highest standard — crafted for those who expect nothing less than exceptional.
BoatMat Corporation’s products are not available on Amazon, West Marine, or through any other large marine retailers — and never will be. This is intentional.
While there is a broad market for lower-cost, mass-produced alternatives, our focus is on delivering a product engineered to perform and endure for years in the harshest marine environments.

We have made a deliberate decision to remain exclusively direct, allowing us to maintain complete control over quality, design integrity, and the overall client experience. Our work is not produced for volume-based channels or price-driven resale environments.
That said, we do work closely with industry professionals — including designers and project coordinators — through a select Trade & Design Program. In these cases, we handle the project directly while ensuring those relationships are properly recognized.
Additionally, many professionals choose to work with us on a direct basis, purchasing at our standard pricing and incorporating our products into their broader project scope at their discretion.
This approach allows for flexibility while preserving the integrity, consistency, and level of execution that define BoatMat Corporation.
