1. The Promotion

Under the HD DigiPrint™ Buy-One-Get-One Promotion, when you purchase one HD DigiPrint™ mat at its regular price and add one additional identical HD DigiPrint™ mat in the same order, the additional identical mat receives a fifty percent (50%) discount off its regular price. In short: buy one HD DigiPrint™ mat and get one additional identical mat 50% off. The promotion applies to a maximum of two (2) identical mats.

2. What "Identical" Means

For purposes of this promotion, "identical" means that every configuration option of the second mat is the same as the first mat, including but not limited to: size, artwork or design, colors, personalization or lettering, backing, border, and all other selectable configuration options. If any configuration option differs in any way, the mats are not identical and the second mat does not qualify for the discount.

3. Non-Qualifying Items

Mats that differ in size, artwork, logo, colors, personalization, backing, border, or any other configuration option do not qualify for the promotional discount and are sold at their regular price. Products other than HD DigiPrint™ mats do not qualify. Each distinct mat configuration is treated as a separate item.

4. Pricing Verification and Corrections

All promotional pricing is reviewed and verified by BoatMat before your order enters production. If a software or pricing error causes the discount to be applied to a non-identical mat or a non-qualifying product, BoatMat reserves the right to correct the order pricing before production begins. If a correction changes the amount you owe, we will contact you and obtain your approval before charging any additional amount or proceeding with production. If you decline the corrected pricing, the affected order or items may be canceled and refunded in full. We will not charge any amount above your original order total without your express approval.

5. No Combination with Other Offers

Unless expressly stated by BoatMat in writing, this promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, promotion, sale, or offer.

6. Changes to the Promotion

BoatMat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time and for any reason, with respect to future orders. Any such change will not affect orders already accepted and confirmed for production under these terms.

7. Other Policies Remain in Effect

This promotion is subject to, and does not modify, BoatMat's standard policies, including proof and artwork approval, production, shipping and delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds, and warranty. Where these promotion terms and BoatMat's general policies both address the mechanics of this promotion, these promotion terms control for this promotion only.
